The Atlas of Jumeirah Islands
The Atlas
Forty-six islands in five architectural styles. Choose a style to see where its clusters sit.
- Styles from each cluster’s registered unit codes. The Contemporary clusters are registered as a second European group.

Understand the position
Why two similar villas can be very different properties.
Bedrooms, BUA and plot size can match exactly. Position, outlook, privacy, the relationship with the lake and the character of the cluster rarely do.
Before I look at the kitchen, I look at the position.
- Outlook
- A main-lake view, a channel, the skyline, or the villa opposite. The same floor plan lives very differently with each.
- Privacy
- Where the villa sits on its island decides how overlooked it is, and how much of the garden is truly yours.
- Approach
- Some villas sit by the island's entrance road, others at its quietest point. Buyers notice the difference.
- Architecture
- Each island was built in one style. The character of the cluster carries through to who buys there and why.
- Relationship with the water
- Direct frontage, a partial view or none at all. It is often the single largest difference in value between two similar villas.
- Everyday life
- The walk to the clubhouse, the drive to school, the route to Sheikh Zayed Road. Position decides those too.
For a buyer
Where would you want to live?
Tell Kevin which islands, styles and outlooks appeal, and he’ll match them to villas available now and those that aren’t yet on the market.

Where does your villa sit?
Its island, its place on that island and its outlook all shape value. A property review puts your villa in that context.
